A lithograph produced by the Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS) of the "Nuclear Project No. 1." This print was produced likely in the mid-1970s.
This project is also known as "WNP-1" — a partially built nuclear plant located on the Hanford Site. This was authorized in the 1970s and left at roughly 63% completion in 1982 due to soaring costs and falling demand. The unfinished concrete structure remains under Energy Northwest's management.
