A copy of the PDF of the Deed of Gift between Diana Wilmar of Fox/Wilmar Productions and the Hanford History Project, signed on 19 March 2026. This was received from Meghann Stevens, Curator at the Hanford History Project to illustrate the transfer of rights, including copyright, to the Hanford History Project. This includes the tapes of the unfinished documentary *The Promise and the Peril* about James Acord.

A note to "George" [possibly George Fox] on 24 November 2003, providing overviews of the contents of tapes 69–71, 73–75, 76–78, 79–81, 82–83, 84–85, and 86–88. This also mentions Fred Moody's book [*Seattle and the Demons of Ambition: From Boom to Bust in the Number One City of the Future* (St. Martin's Griffin)], and Acord's condition, noting his plans to do two more reliquaries.

This 87-page document contains time codes and descriptions for the first 56 tapes in the raw material for the unreleased documentary by Fox/Wilmar titled *The Promise and the Peril*, on James Acord.
