This letter concerns: (1) gratitude for computer help, and a statement that things are working well now; (2) Will Lund's death

A handwritten letter in red ink from James Acord to Janet [Galore], Ed [Galore], Linley [Storm], and Christopher [MacRae], dated 12 March 1995, from his 1970 Saint Street Studio location. This is written on the back of a color photocopy of a photograph of the studio, with a red arrow pointing "you were here."
This letter concerns: (1) his joy at having people over to his studio in "Atomic City"; (2) appreciation for Eddie-the-Cat, and the gifts of a boombox and a Hafler Trio CD; (3) hopes to get some granite surface plates from a surplus sale, and some help from Peter Bevis.

This letter has the three coffee mug ring stains common to his later letters.

A handwritten letter from James Acord to Janet and Edward Galore, dated 8 Oktober [sic] 2008. This is a quick note with a gift of a "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" refrigerator magnet [location unknown]. This letter has the three coffee mug stain rings common to his later letters.

A short handwritten letter from James Acord to Janet Galore, dated 12 December 2008. This mentions an enclosed drawing, and has three coffee mug ring stains at the bottom. The paper is folded vertically.

A small handmade "Secret Valentine" sent from James Acord to Janet Galore, on 9 February 2009, in an envelope.

Fragments of a draft letter, possibly mis-ordered, from James Acord to Janet Galore, c. 31 May 2002. Acord attempted to type this as an email to Janet, but had issues, and ended up sending these pages, many of which are written on the back of email correspondence printouts between him and James Flint, Tom Putnam, and Fred Moody.
Some of the topics noted in the handwritten pages include: (1) The Doghouse in Seattle, and some memories of it; (2) other Seattle locations that are gone, including the Ballard Smoke Shop; (3) his continued gun ownership; (4) life at the Starlight, a prostitute he liked, and some characters he met there; (5) his emotional challenges, and his pleasure drawing.

A handwritten letter from James Acord to Janet Galore, undated. This is on letterhead noting that "James L. Acord Is a member in Good Standing in the Art Martyrs Brigade." This letter concerns a companion letter draft that James Acord had difficulty getting into a typed form to send via email. This dates from around 31 May 2002, possibly early June.
